Steven also directed the start up and operation of a design-build division in Hawaii with contracts totaling over $2.6 billion for an ENR Top 20 General Contractor.  Steven is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states and is also knowledgeable in design, finance and real estate. He has diversified SIKON’s construction services to include design-build, master planned communities, multi-family, student housing, big-box and specialty retail, hospitality, industrial, food distribution and processing, medical, infrastructure developments, turn key services, and joint venture partnerships.  Steven is a proven team builder who is committed to safety, quality and financial performance.
