NICOLE FLIER
Manager of Business Development & Marketing

Ms. Flier has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. In her professional career, Ms. Flier has served as Vice President of Administration for a Southern California, multi-million dollar commercial/institutional mechanical contractor.

Upon relocating to South Florida, Ms. Flier attained the position of Director of Business Development for a Florida subsidiary of a billion dollar international general contractor.

Most recently and prior to joining the Sikon team, Ms. Flier launched a successful, private consulting firm which specialized in business development, marketing, public relations and special events for a diverse client roster including organizations and sole proprietors from the construction, architecture/design, engineering, hospitality, real estate and non-profit sectors.

For the last five years, Ms. Flier has served as a Board Member on the "Builders Board of Appeals" for the Boca Raton City Council. She is the winner of the "2008 Athena Young Professionals Award", "South Florida Business Journal 2007 Up & Comers Award" and a finalist for the same award in 2006.

Ms. Flier has also been honored as one of only (30) nominees for Junior League-Boca Raton, "Woman Volunteer of the Year" 2007 & 2008, which recognizes volunteers for their infinite charitable efforts in the community. In 2006, Ms. Flier co-founded South Florida VIPS, a young professional's organization that hosts social events, with all event proceeds benefitting local charities.

Ms. Flier is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and has held California Contractors licenses.
