Mr. Becker has over thirty-five years experience with construction and engineering projects.  Mr. Becker has expertise in all aspects of the construction industry, budgeting, estimating, and construction management. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and qualified for General Contractor’s licenses in many states. His career has allowed him to work for major retail clients and corporations on a variety of multi-faceted projects such as hotels, corporate headquarters for IBM, Mobile Oil, universities, Walt Disney World, and international projects.  SIKON’s field coordination, scheduling, superintendent liaison, safety and OSHA compliance programs are part of his responsibilities, as well as being a valued member of our corporate management team.
